You will notice that I use the term "WE" when talking about work and the studio. That's because good things come from collaboration. Together, we understand the needs of your business and customers. Together, we follow the process that leads us to the right decisions. Together, we evaluate the designs and adjust when something just isn't right. We get feedback during the process to ensure all voices are heard and questions are answered.

Apart from being an exceptionally talented brand identity designer, there are people in my network that are specialized and can compliment our project. By using specialized illustrators, photographers, strategists, web developers and designers to extend my range of services, the end result is a better product for all.

How does it all work?

By following a comprehensive design process, we are able to create impactful work and build trust throughout the engagement - trust between the designer and owner, and trust between the customer and business.

01 Discovery

During this phase, we will be getting “Clarity and Alignment”. Here, we begin to understand your business, customers, interaction points, competition, and short and long term goals.

02 Refine

Stylescapes are presented to establish the direction of what the brand can look and feel like. At this point, we have fully developed the mission, vision and message of the business.

03 Creation

At this point, we understand almost every space in which your brand may operate. Let's create and present your brand to the world.

04 Evaluation

Did we hit our Key Performance Indicators? We review what was successful and what we can improve upon.

What are your rates?

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to pricing. Design is an investment in your business. Does it make sense to charge a small business and a large multi-million dollar corporation the same for creative work? We think not. The most efficient way to get started is to let us know up-front which tier best fits you:

Tier 1 — Small business / young / local / single location $5,000-$25,000+

Tier 2 — Start-ups / medium size business $15,000-$50,000+

Tier 3 — Established business / small company / multiple locations / sophisticated start-up brands $30,000-$80,000+

Tier 4 — Large established national & global companies $50,000-$150,000+

How long does a project take?

Design is a process and good design takes time. A simple project can take 4 - 6 weeks, where as a large project can take 6 - 10 weeks.

How does payment work?

This is dependent on the client and the relationship we have developed. With our trusted partners, payments are typically made 100% upfront. When working with new partners or large projects, we can structure payment to be 75/25 or 50/25/25.
